The Code of Ordinances are the rules under which the City of Perry operates. Originally enacted by the Perry City Council when the city was chartered, this is a living document that continues to change on a very regular basis. An online version of the code is available for download, however, this electronic version may or may not contain the most recently passed ordinances. Copies of the official code are available to view at City Hall and the Perry Carnegie Library.
