Utilities are the number one reason for citizens to interact with local government.  Whatever the problem, whatever the question, we're here to help.  Questions about utilities can always be directed to City Hall, so, unless you have a very specific question for a department, this is the place to start.

If you're having issues outside of normal business hours, the after hours contact is what you need.  The after hours number is manned by the staff at the water plant and they can't always pick up the phone.  Make sure to leave a message with details about your issue and your contact information so they can get it to the correct department.
